full service provider of Drug Free Workplace

coordinating all or any part of your program
and providing you with a high quality, reliable
and efficient drug-free workplace program.
Consultation and Policy Development
- Initial consultation to assess risk, outline requirements and determine program requirements.
- Development and/or review of company drug policy.
- Identification of key management personnel to coordinate program and receive test results.
Drug Testing:
- DOT or non-DOT five or ten panel urine drug test with collection, laboratory confirmation, and medical review.
- Negative results reported within 24 hours via telephone, e-mail, or fax.
- Internet access allows clients to view test results 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through our secure web site at CompliancePlus.com
- Instant Drug Screen is available with laboratory confirmation and medical review of positive screens.
- Hair testing is available for non-regulated testing.
- Pre-Employment, Post Accident, Reasonable Cause, Return to Duty, Random and Follow Up testing (post rehab).
- All collections and testing of specimens done according to applicable federal and state regulations.
- Nationwide network of collection sites.
- On Site testing is available in many areas.
- Laboratory certified by Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
- 24-hour emergency services for post accident testing and consultation
MRO Services:
- Review of all test results, contact of donors who test positive and reporting of results to company.
- Medical review is done in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations including CFR Part 40.
- Medical Review Officers are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO).
Alcohol Testing:
- Breath Alcohol testing and confirmation.
- Reasons for tests include Post Accident, Reasonable Cause, Random, Return to Duty, and Follow Up testing (post rehab).
- QED Saliva alcohol testing is available.
Random Program Management:
- Set up and maintenance includes monthly or quarterly selection at a rate determined by policy. (Usually 50% selection rate for drug testing and 10% for alcohol testing.)
- Computer generated random selections
- Quarterly reports track adherence to random program
- Consortium random programs for smaller companies.
DOT Physical Examinations
- Performed at our facility or coordinated with other sites and reviewed by our staff.
Consultation
- Fully trained staff is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to answer questions and provide assistance with any facet of your drug-testing program.

Includes facilitator guide, one supervisor workbook and one employee handbook.
Video " Maintaining a Drug Free Workplace-Supervisors " Includes one facilitator manual and one supervisor workbook.
Additional workbooks and facilitator guides are available.
Customized Billing and Reporting:
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports of all testing are provided by Compliance Plus.
- Individual invoices for multiple locations or consolidated billing allows reporting and billing to a wide variety of locations, departments or cost centers
- Compliance Plus maintains all records for five years using state of the art Occutrak software
