Our staff is dedicated to helping you create and maintain a drug and alcohol free workplace. Compliance Plus was founded in 1989 and incorporated in 1991. It has grown from a beginning of 2 clients and 20 collection sites to over 700 clients and more than 2000 collection sites nationwide.

Compliance Plus has been officially recognized as Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (NAASATP) by the Drug and Alcohol testing Industry Association (DATIA). This accreditation means that our facility, operations and personnel meet the highest standards in areas such as regulatory compliance, client confidentiality, accountability, company service standards, operational practices, business ethics, and professional competency for drug and alcohol testing program management. We use only NIDA certified laboratories for analysis and follow strict federal guidelines for collections, testing and Chain of Custody. All of our Medical Review Officers are physicians who are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers. Our state of the art software (Occutrak) ensures accuracy and efficiency in reporting results and maintaining records. Our staff is fully prepared to provide additional assistance in the event that your company is audited.

Our network of collection sites allows for collections anywhere in the country. Additional collection sites can be added on request by the client. We will locate, set up and pay collection sites and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with regulations.
